Definig Clauses

1. He is the man who used to work on the docks.

2. This is the man who hasn´t been able to work.

3. She is the woman who works the diner all day.

4. This is the woman who works for her man.


Non- Defining Clauses

1. Tommy, who used to work on the docks, 

2. Tommy, who hasn´t been able to work, is down on his luck.

3. Gina, who is the Tommy´s wife, works the diner all day.

4. Gina, who works for her man, brings home her pay.

2. The girl, who finally made her,  change with the girls in the change room.

3. She is the girl, who couldn´t quite explain it, saw birthmarks all over her body.

4. The boy, whose parents made him come rigth home directly after school,  went to the church.

  1. the first non-defining sentence is incomplete, and in the fourth sentence has a mistake (there's no need to use " who is the girl" delete it.)

  2. It seems a mistake because there are two WHO in the fourth sentence, but...

    I think, is a good job, it is according with the topic learned.

  3. Ok girl, Now about the second song.

    Difining: in the second sentence (2. This is the girl who CHANGE with the girls in the change room.) the verb with the capital letters has to be in past tense. Also in the third sentence (3. She is the girl who SAW birthmarks all over her body ) I think would be better * She is the girl who SHOWED HER birthmarks all over her body , finally in the fourth sentence )4. This is the boy whose went to the church.) if you are going to talk about one person, you know, you have use (who).


    Non-defining:
    The second sentence doesn't make sense, would be good, if you write a new sentence.
    in the third sentence ( The girl, who finally made her, change with the girls in the change room.) You could change it for The girl, who was made to show her birthmarks, couldn't quite explain it.
